Couples Therapy, offered by Carrie Salzer, LICSW, is offered to partners or family members (maximum of 2 members in session) looking to resolve relational concerns, improve communication, obtain a deeper understanding of one another and more. Carrie offers 30 minute sessions to couples/families from a solution-focused framework to facilitate the identification and creation of concrete goals. A 30 minute approach to couples therapy is often desirable to many with busy schedules, short-term goals and a desire to see notable change.
Diagnostic & Evaluation Services
Our licensed psychologist and clinical social workers are equipped to provide evaluation & referral services to assess mental health symptoms and treatment needs. While we do NOT provide formal neurological testing, we provide standard mental health diagnostic evaluations that can help individuals understand their mental health symptoms and obtain needed services from appropriate resources. Our practice is connected to local providers that offer a range of services such as psychiatry, inpatient and crisis services, day programs, intensive outpatient care, nutrition counseling, addiction/substance use services and more.
Social Workers have a unique set of skills that help people understand their health-related, social needs. To achieve mental wellness means addressing social factors that may be interfering with mental health recovery. Our social workers utilize the Social Determinants of Health-Related Needs assessments to assess and connect clients to community resources that can help with areas such as financial stability, access to education, access to food & housing, access to transportation, social and community support, obtaining insurance and improving general wellness.
