Private Pay
Private pay rates vary per clinician according to licensure level and expertise. Please reach out to us to inquire a specific clinician's rate, or request a Sliding Scale Application to be considered for reduced session costs depending on your financial siutation.
Psychotherapy & Support Groups
Psychotherapy Groups are generally covered by insurances accepted at the practice due to the format of group being primarily clinical with clinical interventions, skills and tools offered. These groups can only be offered by licensed clinicians who are in-network with your insurance company. Some insurance companies limit your ability to engage in individual and group therapy in the same week; if this is the case, you are responsible for paying for group out of pocket.
Support Groups are primarily discussion and support-based with general mental health guidance related to the group topic. These groups are not required to be run by licensed clinicians, however, they often are.
Standard Rate for support groups is $50 per 1 hour group session. Sliding scale available for those with financial concerns.
Reiki Services
First & Second Session discount: $50 each session
Standard Sessions: $100 per session
Sliding Scale: Lisa offers a generous sliding scale option to make Reiki affordable and accessible to all. Reach out to inquire sliding scale rates.
*If you are a current therapy client of the practice, you will receive an additional 20% off all costs listed and may have the option to use an HSA or FSA card for reiki services (subject to insurance approval). Reach out to therapeuticwellnessctr@gmail.com to inquire HSA/FSA options.
